I found this picture searching the FC Dallas interwebs (I’ve been sitting on it so long I’ve long since forgotten where exactly) but this is that fan pride I love to see. Never forget that this is Dallas where the FC stands for “fantastic costumes.”

I tend to think that first post was pretty good (you can call it hubris if you want) but please don’t expect that every time out, that puts pressure on me and I don’t need that. Writing under pressure could turn me into Kyle Beckerman (I don’t like that man and when he comes to Pizza Hut Park objections to his presence must be heard.)

As I previously alluded to, I want to make this an interactive experience. I want to hear from you, but specifically, I want to see your pictures from the games, show off your Hoops Pride! (Yes, I do realize that last statement feels like a press release and not a blog posting and I apologize). I really want to start a weekly whenever I get around to it segment called “Hoops hotties” to show the league not only is FC Dallas the best club out there but we got the hottest fans too – If you don’t know what I’m looking for click here or here or here for help. I would say if I post your picture you get a free “Stockdale for Veep” t-shirt (anyone?) but we know that would be a lie. But it is a chance for you to be famous and show off to the world that the Hoops look better than those fans in Houston (I’m bitter about the game…more on that later). So show off your FC Dallas love, where the FC stands for “Flourishing charm” or “Frequently cute,” I can’t decide (I have no idea how long I can keep coming up with these, but we’ll see).
