Denilson vs. Denilson
By: Robert | August 27th, 2007Because the media is making mistakes telling the two Denìlson’s apart. Here’s a quick reference (although in all honesty, they’re more similar than I thought):
Full Name: Denìlson de Oliveira Araujo
Born: August 24th, 1977 in Diadema, Brazil
Height: 5’10â€
Position: Midfielder
Senior Club Teams: 1997 – 98 São Paulo FC
1998 – 2000 Real Betis Balompié
2000 Clube de Regetas do Flamengo (on loan)
2001 – 05 Real Betis Balompié
2005 – 2006 FC Girondins de Bordeaux
2006 – 2007 Al-Nasr Athletic
2007 – Present FC Dallas
Senior International Experience: 1996 – 2005, 61 caps
Full Name: Denìlson Pereira Neves
Born: February 16, 1988 in São Paulo FC
Height: 5’11â€
Position: Midfielder
Senior Club Teams: 2005 – 06 São Paulo FC
2006 – Present Arsenal FC
Senior International Experience: None
Hopefully this helps out the media because in Dallas the FC stands for “factually correct.”

the old denilson was a promise that never happened. and he is a offensive midfielder, maybe a winger.
Young denilson has lots of potential. he filled well the spot for Josue and Mineiro when he was at Sao Paulo. And he is a defensive midfielder as you can guess.

I dont know much about Denilson Araujo, apart from his dribbles in the wings but Denilson Neves, I believe, has alot of talent. He immediately broke into arsenal’s first team as soon as He arrived from Sao Paolo. He is attack minded as well and his passes are second only to Fabregas. He’s got great vision and awareness of what goes on around him and he has a great future in football given the fact that he is guided by the best talent manager in the world (Arsene Wenger) He will definately be better than the older denilson.
