FCD v. Chicago….Brimstone Cup time baby!
By: Scott | March 20th, 2009The only realistic shot that the Hoops have for silverware this season. If you look at the teams on paper the Fire should be a the favorite. Both teams are have some injuries and discipline problems. Most telling of all will be the Mexican superman coming off the bench. If Blanco is not able to play for long periods of time the Fire should have a problem breaking down the Hoops. Alot of the Fire offense runs through Blanco. The Fire have had a better than average preseason in comparison to ours. Unfortunately I see FCD trailing alot of this game and eventually losing 3-1 or maybe 3-2. Our defense is still too porous.
