By: Scott | August 17th, 2009I need to sleep I can put them on the TIVO and go to sleep. Damn we looked so good for two games. The ball was moving. There were good shots. We werent trying to play bomb ball. You know when we kick it the length of the field to one player and hope and pray that we can get a shot off. Dario wasnt sending the ball helter skelter all over the place. Dario if you are going to kick it to the sideline lay off it a little bit. We all know that you have a foot and can put the ball…but for petes sake the lines are there for a reason!
And here let me refresh your memory Mr.Schellas. There are 3 substitutions allowed in soccer. You can use them all. The fact that we played yet another game leaving a sub on the bench just doesnt make much sense to me. I can understand if hes doing it cause of injury. But damn when you get to the 80th minute and you still have a sub left get some fresh legs on the field.
Columbus is a much better team than us. We got beat by a better team in their house. That is what is supposed to happen. I would have just liked the game to be interesting…..
