IM BACCCCKKKKK!
By: Scott | March 28th, 2009Sorry for the time off guys. Had a little health issue but im back. Since we last talked our beloved Hoops took on the Burn for the Brimstone Cup. And it was not a stellar game by most accounts. Kenny did get the goal of the year in the first game. This was the game that Schellas was supposed to sell us on his brand of football. Evidentally his brand of football includes no defense and hitting every part of the goal but the back of the net. Lets just suffice it to say its going to be a long season if this is the standard we are going to live up to.
Now Sunday the Hoops have a matinee against Chivas USA. Under normal circumstances I would say that this is going to be a walk over. But we now have Dario out of the goal and out defense looks like low grade swiss cheese. We will be getting our captain back so that should help with the defense. Hopefully we can get the ball to our new #10 and let him try and create…we got him like 10 touches against the Burn…10.
Well kids I am going call this as a 2-1 win for the beloved Hoops.
