The media makes more soccer mistakes

I used to make the “we’re getting Denilson (no the other one)” joke in the run up to FC Dallas’ designated player signing. Well, one of the local papers, the Star-Telegram, just made the same mistake I used to quip about. Here’s a link to the actual page (they may change it before you get a chance to see it.)
I guess the Fox Soccer Channel isn’t the only media source making the mistakes they’re paid to not make when discussing the beautiful game. C’mon on now, this is Dallas where the FC stands for “Fact Check.”

During the Gold Cup one of the Canadian websites gave us a picture of a black “Ante Jazic.” I never did figure out who the actual photo was of.

lol, the same thing happened when an MLS team got a Brazillian Fred. I laughed when I saw the picture of Fred from Lyon.
